Heather is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She fell in love with yoga after a knee injury many years ago. Heather is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and Certified Personal Trainer.
Her passion for learning, fitness, and yoga allows for thoughtful, well-planned classes with the students’ experience and safety being the highest priority.
As a recent resident of Williams Township, one thing missing for her was a convenient studio to attend Yoga classes. After a lot of daydreaming about a local studio, she accepted those nagging thoughts as a calling to start an innovative studio and Down Dog was born.
Yoga meet fitness. Build strength, burn calories, and reduce stress in this upbeat fusion class. Well rounded workout includes hand weights, resistance bands, hilt exercises.
Limited class size. No more than 10 students are permitted in the studio.
Staggered open. Group classes are offered every other day to limit exposure and contact inside studio.
Sanitizing of all areas between classes and frequently throughout each day.
